This mulched plant bed is full of low maintenance bromeliads and Liriope. The homeowner uses recycled mulch and pine bark.
This homeowner has eliminated all turf from the landscape. Instead, Jasmine minima is used for a groundcover. They have also used a porous paving material for all walkways and patios.
This homeowner uses micro sprayers to irrigate plants as they establish. They are easy systems for anyone to hook up to their outside spigot or to their underground irrigation system. If installed and used properly, micro-irrigation saves water and puts the water where the plants need it---at their roots.

This landscape contains no turf and a wide variety of Florida native plants. This is a very low maintenance landscape and the homeowner has done a beautiful job designing this yard.
